The Crunch Pie is JoJo's extra-thin, extra-crispy pizza — cooked well done in our brick Marsal ovens until the crust is genuinely crunchy from edge to edge. Not slightly crispy. Not crunchy for the first two bites. Crispy all the way to the last bite.
It's a different experience than a standard JoJo's pizza. Thinner, crispier, and cooked at a higher level of doneness — the kind of pizza that shatters slightly when you bite through it.
How Is It Different from Regular Pizza?
